How long will my order be processed?

Your orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once it reaches your destination country.

We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and it is your responsibility as the customer to pay.

Your logistics provider (DHL/FedEx) will pay any import charges in order to get your order released from customs, and you are responsible to settle the charges directly with DHL/FedEx before they can deliver your order to your address.

For this purpose, you may be contacted by DHL/FedEx.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will check with the logistics provider for you.

Does Purnama accept returns and exchanges?

We provide exchange for defective items purchased on ShopPurnama.com and we do accept return for exchange on size or color, but we do not accept return or refund due to change of mind.
